What's On Your Workbench, Wednesday? #214

Morning and happy hump day and here's a pic of my desk for WOYWW, If you're wondering about this blog post check out Julia at Stamping Ground to learn more. Today I'm working on a card using a technique shared by Joanna at Inspired by Stamping but I'm really just putting off the fact that hubby has been dropping BIG hints about me sorting out our tax papers (seeing as I'm not working and I should have plenty of time), so I'd best get it finished and posted and at least start on the tax stuff - yuk!!!!!  Happy crafting and thanks for taking a peek

  1. How is it that the DHs think that just because we do not work outside the home that we are not busy?? I have one the same way! As I told my cousin, on a lunch date, when asked what have I been doing? I just answered "stuff". LOL he understood right away, as he is retired too.

  2. Really like those dies. Different from others I have seen. Sorry your hubby thinks you don't "work." I totally understand, although I only have a cat to yell at me (grin).

  8. Hi Robyn - my ex was a house husband for 7 years and told me that my alone time was when I was commuting to & from work so I had to take over when I got home - I never did get to see it from the other side... the result is my now 17 year old lives with her Dad and I have all the time in the world - and no guilt LOL... geesh guess you weren't expecting that but it just popped out LOL - Have a great week - Happy WOYWW - Mxx #89

  9. It’s never fun sorting out your tax Robyn, especially when you could otherwise be up to your elbows in paper, ink and glitter but the sooner it’s done and out of the way, the better……….(.says she who hasn’t made a start on her own yet, but don’t tell anyone)

Judging by your desk it looks like you’ve been having some fun with crafting CD’s

    Happy Crafting!

  11. Men are all the same, I guess. I finally got mine to realize I work at home by NOT doing the things I do every day. It was shock and awe!
