What's On Your Workdesk, Wednesday?

I've been away for a few weeks visiting the family, our gorgeous Sophie had her first birthday and guess what - she's walking. I am now happily back at my desk so I can play along with the creative people who share their desks on WOYWW 283. If you'd like to know more pop over to our hostess - Julia's blog and join in.
..in my opinion! So today I have just unpacked my crate and the mail...whoopie some new goodies. A selection of stamps and some new dies, as well as some freebies attached to magazines.  I also found a newsagent that had parceled up the freebies from unsold mags and sold them for $5 so I did well with some patterned papers, a stencil, 3 piece embossing folders, micro beads, two packs of color-core cardstock, some ribbon and gems...I do like a bargain.  Now  I have to find a home for the new bits.... and then somehow find my mojo. Thanks for taking a peek, now to visit some desks.  Cheers Robyn

  12. Dawwww, look at Sophie's face! She's so pleased with herself at how clever she is.....so cute :-)
That's a clever idea the newsagent had...the stuff would only go to waste otherwise and you got a bargain. Win win situation!

Thanks for your lovely comment - so glad you like my mini-album. I did 3 more pages yesterday! My camera's battery ran out while I was photographing them but hope to post later. I am so enjoying doing this project, after going off the boil for a while.

  18. What a beautiful grand daughter you have Robyn. I love my girlies and now that we have added the grandson it will be an adventure! They grow so fast don't they! Love all the awesome stash you are showing off. I love those magazine stamp freebies. I buy those from UK frequently to get the freebies...mag is good too but!!! The publications in the US never glue freebies to the cover! Thanks for stopping by my desk and leaving a comment! Have a great week. Vickie #68

  23. Hi there. I am SO late visiting this week.
Just look at young Sophie - so confident standing there!! Glad you had such a great time with your family - grandies are something else, aren't they?! We love to see ours - although they didn't remain little for very long, and now range between 13 and 8! How time flies...
Thanks for visiting and for your comments.
    Take care. God bless.
