Be Merry Tag

Day 3 of 25 Days of Christmas Tags and I was inspired by Tracey's bottle tag to create my own.  Stamped my lady and trees and coloured them with pencils then fussy cut them.  Created the bottle tag from 'wine' coloured card and stamped and white embossed the sentiment.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy tag making.

Merry Christmas Tag

For my Day 2 tag for the 25 Days of Christmas Tags I was inspired by Sandy Allnock's tag. Stamped my lilies and used coloured pencils to colour them, then fussy cut them out.  I created a embossed background for the tag shape and attached the image and stamped sentiment with foam tape and tied on a ribbon.  I am also playing along with the Daily Marker 30 Colouring Challenge - Day 10.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy colouring.

Peace & Love Tag

I had some fun the last two days creating some Christmas Tags for The 25 Days of Christmas Tags challenge.  My tag for Day 1 was totally inspired by Virginia Lu's tag - I stamped rows of trees in Kaleidacolor ink and used a die to impress the border then trimmed it and curved the corners, attached the sentiment and tied on some twine.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it.

Spirit of Christmas Tag

Day 12 of Twelve Tags of Christmas with Loll and Friends... what a fabulous event, so many gorgeous tags from Loll and inspiration from everyone, sad that this is the final day, but I just had to join in again, I'm so in the tag making mood.  I loved the colours of this smooched watercolour panel from my stash, I added a spritz of shine mist and trimmed it to size with a stitched rectangle die. Next I decided to just use a Christmas verse stamp... and this one just fit the bill - masked and stamped the top and then fitted in a sparkly silver die cut 'Christmas', masked and stamped the bottom and replaced the word with a sparkly silver die cut Heart.  To finish I added a dark purple frame layer and die cut a stitched larger rectangle in pinky purple metallic card, punched a hole for the ribbons and added a few sparkly silver dots.  Thanks for visiting and enjoy your weekend.

Techniques - stamping, die cuts, smooching, misting   Products - card stock, metallic card stock, Distress Inks, Colour Mists, ribbon
