My friend Vikki suggested we do a purple, sage and yellow colour scheme for a card and I was struggling with the layout, then up pop the new MojoMonday - perfect, it just bought it all together. Hope you like it..

At last here is my card for this weeks Mojo.... I like this layout and even though I promised myself to make a card not featuring flowers - my favourite subject, I've done it again, oh well. I have also made a pact to include more stamping on my cards and not always background papers - so my swirls are stamped....hope you like it too, I do!!

Now these cards are so not me- colours and contents but I have some patterned papers/card that I really would like to use.  On the green card I added a paua shell chip which blends in beautifully with the colours. And my brown card feature - the owl, was made using my dies. 

....so here's what I created...not sure how pleased I am!!! but they sure are different!!

Three button challenge

Today I thought I'd try my hand at a new challenge....this one is set by Scrapbook Boutique September Colour Challenge and you had to incorporate at least three buttons on your design....so here's mine after some deliberating about trying to use new colours and ones that would suit the buttons I had on hand.
