Friday Smiles


Share a smile...WEEK 159 - Friday Smiles at A Stitch in Time  
A busy time and lots of progress on the house this week, so we are extremely happy....   Tuesday the beams and trusses were hoisted into place with a crane



 and today the roof was prepared with batons, fascias and gutters ready for the roofing on Monday.
 also during the week the insulation was installed and all going well the cladding will go on the walls tomorrow...yes they are working on Saturdays.
Here's my "funny" for a chuckle this week
AND OOOOH don't I just enjoy a long hot, sudsy soak in the bath!!!   Do you??

    Glad to see the building work is still progressing well. Now I know where the wrinkles come from! I love a long hot soak too. Barbxx

    wowzers building work really does progress quickly over with you. I bet you're sooooooo excited watching developments.....I know I would be and really thrilled for you. I'm a hot bath lover too....it really does help with my arthritic aches and pains....even if getting out after isn't so easy these days with my replacement knee 😀

    At the rate that building is going up you will be living in it in a another couple of weeks.

    Wow! That is going up fast!How exiting!
    I like our funny. Tes, life begins at 60 for sure! And no, I don't enjoy a bath so much. I have a bath occasionally when we are staying in a posh hotel (not very often as we have a campervan). At home we have showers.

    I like a bath but as we need to gun the fire up to get the water hot enough I don't get to have one very often.
