Birthday Wishes

We all need a friend....  a kind smile or a hug or just a message to say Hello

Always satisfying to use up some of those bits and pieces I've accumulated to the side of my desk - quite a few of them really...
....  so I'm back today with a card made from 'snippets' in my stash

Ages ago I attached the blue smooched background to the die cut frame... and then I didn't like it!!

So today I challenged myself to use it... I found some die cut flowers in the stash and coloured them up with purple DI.... then some more mini punched flowers that I coloured up with blue DI and added a tiny yellow centre..... I arranged the flowers in the bottom corner to cover some florals that were part of the frame and coloured the leaves green, adding a couple to the top to balance the layout.  Next I found the die cut sentiments in my stash... two different fonts and sizes and I left them as white against the blue background.
