Hello card making friends, I enjoyed a productive Saturday making cards this week - I do so enjoy my Saturdays while my hubby plays golf I stamp, colour, cut, paste - all round have a wonderful time uninterrupted - this I've been sharing with friend Vikki while we skype in on each others desk. Our RobVik challenge #6 was to use Green, Grey and Black and I incorporated that with this weeks Mojo and I am rather pleased with the result - hope you like it too. I also added six cards to my pile for Christmas - thanks for takin' a peek.

Crazy 4 Challenges C4C88
I work part time at the Target Country store here in Karratha, WA. I made two of these cards for workmates who were leaving last Friday - I like the 'tongue in cheek' humour with the addition of the Target 100% happy ticket - as they wouldn't be leaving if they were happy. They discussed which of the women they were.I love the flowers Sarah made so attempted a couple myself.

RobVik #5 and JUGS70 and Mojo 191
Afternoon friends.....I've had a busy week, with stock-take at work so it was wonderful to just spend the afternoon making cards. Thanks again to Vikki for her company and encouragement. Here are my three cards I made today. Our RobVik challenge was to use colours - navy, olive, yellow, craft and white. And I thought the Mojo this week definitely called for a Christmas card - so I've made two. Thanks for visiting.....

Mojo 190, Verve challenge May week 2, RobVik #4
Hi there this week, and here's my card.
Although technically it only has words stamped on it, my card came together because as I was cleaning up my craft area on Friday I came across this trading card a friend had given me and I really do like it so decided to recycle it and make it the center of my card - It's a print of an old photo that has had the edges coloured and then a thin layer of wax on top. I'm pretty happy with the result. Enjoy your week, happy card making.....
For this card I used the Verve May week 2 recipe and the colours Vikki chose for our RobVik #4 challenge - shades of pink, aqua and brown
I'm very happy with the result although to begin with I was left wondering what to use as a tag - made one up myself with my corner punches - thanks Vikki.

RobVik #3 and Mojo 73 and JUGS83
For this RobVik challenge I mailed Vikki these papers and card, we both loved the colours but still found it interesting to put together as we didn't want to cover up the patterned paper. Vikki has a lovely card on Mojo 189, thumbnail 182 and I scanned through the archived Mojo sketches to help me...the true colours are not as dark as the photo. Thanks for having a look :-)
JUGS83
I like these colours a lot so decided to use my leftover papers to make another card using the JUGS recipe.
Mojo 189
We recently were on holiday at a very lovely part of the world - Cable Beach, Broome, Western Australia - so my inspiration for this weeks mojo were the colours of the ocean and the beautiful dragonflies that unfortunately die in their thousands along the white sand beach at this time of year; this event alerts one to the change from wet to dry seasons in the tropics. Hope you like my card, thanks for taking a look.

RobVik #2
For this challenge we had to use four colours; navy, blue, orange and sand - similar to colours my local Stampin Up friend had used. I'm quite pleased with the result with my aim recently to include lots more stamping and embellishments I have in my stash...this one I used eyelets and micro beads.

Mojo 188
Evening all, just missed posting my card for this week on the MojoMonday site - lucky me though, I've been on holiday for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our break in Broome, WA, have come back rested and relaxed. The pink rose card is for my mother-in-law, it looks a bit wishy, washy as I still haven't mastered taking photos of my cards.
