The unusual and beautiful photo prompt this week at Just Us Girls #358 inspired me to create this bright and smoochy background with my Brushos...I am so pleased with how it turned out without too much 'muddying' So then, as so often you don't want to cover up all that loveliness with layers, I decided to just make a silhouette card. I masked the left and bottom to stamp my image and then drew in the black line edge. Then finished it with a simple layer of black onto white card and a stamped sentiment. Thanks for taking a peek
Hi robyn, That is stunning. I love everything about it.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely day. Sue
Gi Robyn! So lovely to hear from you and to know all is well with you. What a super card for the challenge... I always love your work. Things are ok here and I finally booked a holiday yesterday (going next month) It's been a tough year and I really need a break. Take care and big hugs!
ReplyDeleteOh, I just love this. You have used the Brushos perfectly, and the silhouette images are perfect. You are right, you don't want to detract from that beautiful background!! Great take on the photo challenge, thanks so much for playing along with us this week over at Just Us Girls!!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours of your background. Great stamping and the black line works really well. What a good idea. Barbxx
