Merry Christmas Bauble Tag

mmmm happily now I'm in the tag making month and joining in with a few challenges - this tag is for Day 5 at 25 Days of Christmas Tags   and I am casing Gayatri's tag (below). As I stated in my last post I am attempting to use up elements I already have on hand.  This gold ornament looks very pretty with the shimmery sponged background that I fussy cut to the outline of the die-cut. (The background is created by sponging 3 shades of Distress Inks and then spritzing heavily with Perfect Pearls Mist which reacts beautifully with the DI and helps with the blending)  Finished the tag with a hanger, bow and sentiments - a die cut and stamped banner.  Thanks for taking a peek
