Merry Christmas Holly
Oh there's a new Christmas challenge - so exciting because I sure do love to be inspired to make my cards all through the year and this month CAS Christmas challenge is HOLLY.... and I've been thinking about it all month so far and decided simple is best. So I stamped my holly in Iced Spruce Distress Ink and tried adding some clear embossing powder - it half worked! Then I stamped and gold embossed my sentiment overlapping a smidge. A quick watercolour with DInk and my berries with Twinkling H2Os.... and my card is done.... think I might make a few more of these. Thanks for visiting and enjoy your day

Really beautiful CAS design Robyn! Definitely a good idea to make a few more of these ... a great way to build your stash of beautiful Christmas cards! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh I love this CAS holly card, Robyn! Iced Spruce is a great choice for stamping the outline of the holly. The rough watercolouring adds visual texture to the leaves, and the gold heat-embossed sentiment is overlapping the twig just right. Thanks again for sharing at CAS Christmas! Looking forward to seeing your card(s) next month.
ReplyDeleteThis is my kind of card ... I LOVE it!
