I started by stamping my panel with a background stamp with White EP and roughly watercolouring the flowers with different hues of red and green, then I added a die cut stitched rectangle frame. I stamped my Poinsettia flower twice with red ink and embossed with pearl white EP, water coloured the flowers and fussy cut them out. Then I stamped my sentiment and embossed with white EP and die cut it with a stitched rectangle die and watercoloured it with a wash of green. Finally arranged all the elements and used foam tape to give some depth.
Thanks for visiting and enjoy your weekend

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Robyn. Love all the elements from the repeat stamped background panel to the gorgeous watercoloured and fussy-cut poinsettias. Adding the soft green wash to the sentiment is perfect and the tilted panel adds a little whimsy. Awesome design! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Christmas! xx
