Reminder for February CAS Watercolour challenge
RED & BLACK
Something a little different from me today...
I started with a light water wash over white cardstock then using Brushos - Rose Red, a water wash which came out pinkish. Next I stamped the silhouette image (which is two stamps aligned) in black. Then when dry I used a brush to add layers of deeper red using Brushos Rose Red, Scarlet.... which then looked like distant hills, and some to the moon as well. I added two border layers in red and black and attached to a white card. Lastly I stamped the sentiment in black and added a red frame to the strip.
I hope you are inspired to create a red and black CAS card and to share it over on the CAS Watercolour blog..... the DT ladies have lots of fabulous inspiration to check out too.
Thanks for stopping by my blog --- have a Happy Day
