The technique for this card is to dry emboss, then brayer Versamark over the raised edges, white heat emboss and watercolour with Distress Inks

ReplyDeleteRobyn, what a beautiful card and beautiful coloring. I never would have guessed that it was dry embossed first... Is that because you didn't have a stamp, but instead had a die??? I am really interested in this technique. It comes out really beautiful!!! She will love it!!!

ReplyDeleteA gorgeous rose birthday card, Robyn! Love the (inverted) triangular layout and your beautiful watercoloring! The shades of yellow and orange are so pretty. The dry embossed and white heat-embossed outline is adding special interest to the flower. Nancy will love this card!
