My card for the March Card Chain Challenge went off to Julia in the USA.
I have used the sketch and colour palette, spring and paper piecing with my die cut.
Card Recipe
- die cut my Protea twice and carefully paper pieced all the cutouts in place, leaving out the centres so they could be coloured differently
- using a post it note to mask areas I blended Distress Oxide ink to colour the flowers and pieces
- then replaced the coloured centre pieces
- in my stash the perfect pink misted background and found some match card to form up the sketch layout
- stamped and silver embossed the sentiment
- assembled the card
Thanks for visiting -- I love card making and sharing them
