Peace Love Hope

Lucky for me I have this cool Partridge in a Pear tree die --  perfect for the Double "D" challenge - Twelve Days of Christmas Part 1 ... Days 1 to 6.
Die cut it in white card and watercoloured the bird and pears, added a touch of glitter glue.  Then layered the die cut onto motley blue card with a shiny light gold border onto a white card... to finish I added a stamped sentiment, edged with gold ink and a tiny star.
Thanks for visiting, I  really appreciate it - happy card making

Peace

A simple candle die cut for the focal image on my card tonight for The Daring Cardmakers challenge - Shining Lights.  For the candle background I found in my stash a lovely shimmery gold piece, then re-die cut it in pale gold metallic card so I could just use the outside circle.  I added some colour and glitter gel to the candles and a simple white die cut 'peace' sentiment... then mounted the panel on a yellow card.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy card making

Day 27 of the Daily Marker Colouring Challenge

Today I've used a very old wood mounted stamp which I inked with Bundled Sage Distress Ink , then used DI to watercolour the image and added fine line detail with coloured pencils - I did also add a few dots to the gumnuts in white gel pen.  This is my piece for Day 27 of the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge.  Thanks for visiting - I really appreciate it, happy colouring.

Day 26 of the Daily Marker Colouring challenge

Another finished colouring panel for Day 26 of the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring challenge...
stamped my image in brown ink and used watercolour pencils to colour it.... now to make a card with it.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy colouring

Merry Christmas

My card for the November Card Chain Challenge went off to Lucille in USA.  I used the layout and the colours for my card.....stamped and silver embossed the ornament and coloured it  - then masked the ornament and sponged in some snow drifts and stamped the pine branches and drew on the thread with silver pen.  To finish, trimmed the panel and to give it a lift added blue card strips to top and bottom, then adhered the silver glitter die cut sentiment.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy stamping.
