Big Hugs

How is your week going???    Stuck inside maybe with the weather or is it that horrid virus?   I've mostly been home and with the weather being very nice, I've been out tidying up the garden, so I'm happy and our Australian Woolies supermarkets declared 7am to 8am shop open for "oldies" to get their supplies, so with hubby's help we got the groceries this morning.

I have a few finished cards I needed to photograph, so before I got distracted today I got them all done and here's my first....

I stamped this large floral with Old Paper Distress Ink and then coloured it with my pencils.... lots of white space so I stamped some script (Milled Lavender DI) and swirls (Old Paper DI) and sponged the edge of the panel with purple chalk ink.
I found some matching textured purple card to use as a frame and die cut the sentiment from this also and attached all the elements to a white card.

I am playing along with 3 challenges  ---   Penny Black and More - March challenge - Spring Flowers   ---    AND   --- Fusion Card challenge - Nature - inspired by the colours in the photo   ---   AND   ---   The Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring challenge - Day 4.

Have a Fantastic Birthday

Thought for the Day....  seeing as we're swamped with mozzies at the present

So yesterday I coloured my stamped image with watercolour pencils and l then realized I'd used pastels shades of the rainbow so I'm playing along with Just Add Ink #495 challenge - Just Add a Rainbow   .....   and   .... The Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring challenge - Day 2.

To display my coloured floral image I decided to make a frame from thin scraps of card - cut my white panel and ran strips of wide double sided tape around the edge then randomly added my coloured scrap strips.
Attached this to a white card, and stamped the sentiment onto a white strip and edged it with blue ink before attaching with foam tape.

Happy Birthday

Here's my Day 1 card finished
I'll be playing catchup, but love joining in with Kathy and attempting to find time each day for some wonderful colouring

I started with a stamped image using Memento Ink - Desert Sands then coloured the image with my coloured pencils.  To finish I stamped the sentiment and layered the panel with a coral border on green card.
This is how the image looks to start -
along the same lines as Kathy used last November 30 Day challenge (here)
 - this is not the one I used which was stamped with Distress Ink Old Paper

Please do grab our logo to display on your own blogI am also playing along with Penny Black and More March challenge - Spring Flowers

Day 25 of the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge

I did find time early this morning before the rest of the family stirred from their beds to add a little bit of pencil colouring to this stamped image .... not sure how this is going to end up with being stamped half off the panel - the half of that big flower doesn't look right....but we'll see.  Day 25 of the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge... I'm a few days behind but there's a few free days coming up.  Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it...happy colouring
