A new technique over at Whoo Hoo Wednesday #133, Inspired by Stamping... Colour Blocking ...Leah has made this lovely card with instructions so I'm playing along.   I have cheated "just a little bit" - having been dying to use my paint sample strips for ages and this technique seemed like to right moment.  (If I get time I'll make another card and create my own colour block).  I simple outline stamp and I had to colour them with permanent markers because other mediums wouldn't stick and I used a white gel pen to highlight the dots and lace. A little butterfly at top hides the colour numbers and one next to the IBS sentiment to finish it off.. This card also follows the colour theme for IBS#79.
