Friends are Treasures

A bright fresh "Friends" card from me this morning using the layout at CAS - Colours and Sketches #106.  A lovely simple layout, so when I chose the stamped sentiment the heart theme fell into place and I embossed the back panel with tiny heart folder and die cut a heart from my stash of shaving cream coloured card, the tiny bit of orange prompted me to use the bright glittery flag behind it.  Thanks for taking a peek Robyn

  2. Shaving cream coloring - I'm intrigued! Such a cool effect! I am going to have to find a tutorial for that. You should totally link this up over at Crafty Gals Corner. Their theme is to use a heart!

  5. Thanks for joining in at CC&S this week Robyn. I have seen a demo of the shaving foam technique - it looked very messy but lots of fun! Haven't had a go at it myself yet. Your heart is gorgeous and I love the tiny heart embossed background. Stef x

  6. The bold colors are fabby - and the orange banner was the right choice to bring out the orange in the heart! Thanks for sharing your card with us at CC&S! I hope you'll join us again soon for another challenge.
