Christmas stocking tag

 

On Day 16 at  25 Days of Christmas Tags, Muse: Christmas Vision (#71), were the special guests and sponsors, with all the girls displaying fabulous tags to inspire us - the special theme is  - to use vellum.  I chose to case Kimberley's tag (below)..... the pink and gold caught my eye and the layers of tags, especially the two ovals. So I fished out the vellum - oh that was not good, mine is  sooooo old it's "antique" looking but I did find this small piece of white vellum for my white embossed stocking.... I coloured the back of the flower so it would be highlighted. All my gold stuff wasn't working so I went with silver...I created the back tag with silver card and then ran strips of double sided tape and stuck on some really sparkly silver wrapping ribbon.  My two ovals are cut from Mulberry paper ( I have a stash of that which has seen daylight for years) I just love the pink it was a wavy pattern on it.  Tied all the tags together with pink ribbon to finish.  Thanks for taking a peek
