Birthday Wishes

I used a Poinsettia stamp to make my card for the Winter Birthday theme at Simon Says Wednesday challenge.  And instead of watercolouring the bloom in the traditional red or pinks I chose to use a cream colour with a touch of green. I love how the red berries really 'pop' and then used some red, pale green and dark green layers to frame the card.  Finished off with a stamped sentiment and some white gel pen on the flower center and berry tips.  Thanks for taking a peek

  2. Hi Robyn, What a fab card. I like that instead of the usual red, you have done it in cream/green.

Hope you have a nice relaxing evening. Sue
