Here's my second card using my Tulip stamp... the photo inspiration at
Power Poppy - Power & Spark challenge inspired to use yellows and purples - I don't think tulips are winter flowers but I know that their little bulbs hidden in the cold soil are working their magic to present a beautiful display in Spring. I masked and stamped this border of flowers and watercoloured them with Brushos. Then mounted the panel with a lacy die-cut border which I backed with a purple layer to make it stand out and then finished the card with a sentiment. Thanks for taking a peek
