Merry Christmas

It's been a busy week/end with both our little grand daughters having birthdays so I'm glad I made a couple of extra cards during the month.  This Christmas card on a mid brown card (not as dark as this photo) with a simple bordered strip of Christmas DP and a poinsettia stamped and coloured with DOX and fussy cut.  Then to finish part of the sentiment in a die cut and the other stamped and embossed.
I am posting to Rudolf Days Challenge for October - Anything Goes and to Watercooler Wednesday WWC142 - "All About Christmas Challenge".  Thanks for taking a peek

  1. Beautiful card, Robyn. I love the simplicity of your design. It adds to the elegance. Great choice having your pop of colour be that fussy cut Poinsettia and die-cut sentiment. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

  3. Beautiful card. I often have problems with brown looking much darker on photos too, I don't know what causes it but the fact it happens to me helps me to picture what you card looks like in real life!

  7. I like the dark brown background on your card and how it pops the poinsettia and background papers to the foreground so well. Really elegant looking card. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful card on our Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week. Loved it!
