Today I had a chance to finish off some works in progress but you know how it is sometimes you get inspired and before you know it you've got another work in progress. Well this card is one from the first pile of WOPs... My background panel was made with washes of Distress Oxides - love how it turned out and just right for some silhouette stamping in the foreground. To finish I added a purple card strip to hold my sentiment stamped on vellum and a die cut butterfly that I inked and embossed in clear and added a purple background to it. I was inspired by Anita's card at
Muse challenge #252 - the layout with the foliage at the bottom, overlayed with the sentiment and the butterfly.
