Birthday Tag

On a Distress Ink smooched background I stamped the three flowers and embossing with white EP...then used Distress Inks to water colour them.  I stamped the sentiment and embossed in white EP also and attempted to give it a  shadow outline.  To finish I rounded the corners and attached to a pink die cut tag, add some ribbon and mini sequins.  I am posting to Power Poppy Creative Confetti challenge  Tag You're It.
