Merry Christmas

You would think we'd be over making Christmas cards for a while ...but... with all the little bits that get stamped or die cut and then added to my stash.. you can just make up a few more cards ... for next year.   Mid December I had fun making up cards using different folds... and this one is a favorite because it folds flat to fit in a square envelope.  I used some PP that looks like a snowy night sky and then from the stash there were a heap of these die cut houses... I added some gold paper behind a few to resemble lights on in the windows... then out came some die cut trees from the stash.... I inked up the large one in a dark blue grey for the front of the card and found a matching scalloped strip in the PP pack.... next there were some sparkly die cut snowflakes and a star and then finally the only thing I actually die cut was the Merry Christmas sentiment.... I had a bit of fun trying to get the layers even in the back with the foam tape.... but I'm really happy with how the card turned out.
