Birthday Wishes

Well I had planned to go for a walk but the wind has picked up and those dark clouds are rushing closer so I'll have a cuppa instead and post this card I finished off today.
I stamped a new floral stamp in grey ink and used watercolour pencils to colour the image, adding some more details with regular pencils and a few dots of white gel pen.  Trimmed the panel and framed it with two layers of coloured card to bring out the colours in the image and attached to a white card.  To finish I stamped and silver embossed a sentiment on vellum and attached a couple of gems to hide the vellum tape.

I am playing along with Power Poppy Creative Confetti challenge - Sketch It Out.
Thanks for stopping by my blog  --- have a Happy Day
