Our Creative Corner - fall colour challenge

Morning fellow stampers here's my card for this weeks OCC challenge - I tried my version of resist embossing  but instead of picking up the white embossing powder I sprinkled on pearl white and to start with I wasn't too pleased with the first efforts but kept sponging on colour and "whellarh" I've come up with this autumn card.
Thanks for taking a peek.

  1. Oh wow ... this is a great card Robyn, emboss resist has to be my all time fave technique - not one that I have mastered but a favourite all the same ... and I think you have executed this beautifully on your card, I am sure that embossing must have a lovely subtle sheen to it and your inking is fabulous in our colours this week - not to mention the blue halo effect around the sentiment ....
Fabulous job ... thanks for joining us at Our Creative Corner!!!

  2. This is lovely! Such a great job with the sponging - the colors look beautiful together! The scallops and the elements down the side with the pretty ribbon add the perfect finishing touch. So happy you joined in the fun with us this week at Our Creative Corner.
