Hi and happy hump day...this week I've been trying out this watercolour technique I saw
Heather Telford using (I love her work) and just took a deep breath and had a go...this is way out of my dreams but I'm really happy with my first two efforts so I can't wait to play a bit more. I scrounged through my stamp drawers and came up with this sunflower stamp and a daisy I'd made years ago from foam and then found that great leaf stamp I'd forgotten I had...that set is staying out in plain sight now. I edged the orange flower with black PaperMate and because the paper was so wet it bled. For the second card I just used a fine paint brush and distress ink to outline the flowers. My first card fits with the colour palette at
Inspired by Stamping IBSIC#81 and I've used their lovely script sentiments on both cards. Thanks for taking a peek
