Oh I am enjoying being back at my desk after the Festive Season....so nice to relax with a paint brush and a stamped image....for this card I have experimented a bit with layers.... for the
Happy Little Stampers Mixed Media challenge for January and as I have also been using my Twinkling H2Os to colour the image I am posting also to the
Happy Little Stampers Watercolour challenge. I used a Cherry Pie Dylusions Spray on a stencil and then used the negative with an extra mist of water to create this background....welllll it was way toooo bright so out came the white gesso and that's much better. Then I randomly stamped script over the panel in grey Distress Ink when it was dry and layered this onto a pink panel. I used Twinkling H2Os to colour the stamped image and also stamped the sentiment and mounted these with 3D tape and to finish I added a small bow. Thanks for taking a peek.
