Happy Birthday

Lovely morning here in Queensland, Australia - so hope you are enjoying some nice weather too. My card today is 'dark' - I don't do black very well.... but this background was created on black gloss card with Marvy Markers (- silver and blue) some time ago and I thought it leant itself to a male card which I find really difficult to make, so rather than cover over all that lovely markings I have simply added a part die cut sentiment and stamped the rest.  I am posting to three challenges.... Watercooler Wednesday challenge - Masculine, CAS(E) this Sketch CTS #219 and Seize the Birthday - Anything Goes.  Thanks for taking a peek

  5. That is a fab card for a male card. I think it looks like the surface of the moon.

Hope you have a lovely day. Sue

  7. I think you've done black perfectly! This is so dynamic and simply stunning! I wish I knew how you managed to blend the colors that way. I think I have some of those metallic markers, did you use them similarly to alcohol inks? and blend with more alcohol? Fabulous and the white really pops! Boom! Love it! Hugs, Autumn
