I do love poinsettias.. one small bush in my garden, and so I've water coloured this stamped image with DOX and layered it onto dark green card. Then I've dry embossed my red strip with the flowers too and attached that to the front of my card which I cut a strip from the side so I could add some matching holly DP to the inside of the card. To finish I stamped my sentiment and attached with foam tape.
I am posting to Watercooler Wednesday - All About Christmas challenge #146, and to Rudolph Days November challenge - Anything Goes. Thanks for taking a peek
What a beautiful traditional Christmas card Robyn. I love the embossed strip and the DSP is beautiful peeking through. I also am a fan of Poinsettias and yours is beautifully coloured. Thanks so much for joining us at the Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week.

ReplyDeleteI just love the gorgeous but simple design and colors of your card! I especially like how the dsp peeks from inside to beautifully coordinate with the poinsettia on the front!
