A lovely quiet Saturday for me so plenty of time for some Netflix watching while I did some fussy cutting. I decided to use some more of my wax paper background that I made yesterday and came up with this little underwater scene featuring a seahorse. I stamped the seahorse and watercoloured him with Distress Oxides and fussy cut him out and then gave him three layers of Thick Embossing Powder, sprinkling in some gold and orange glitter on the last layer. I fixed him to the panel with some gauze and two die cut 'sea weeds'. Then I used the off cuts to die cut my sentiment mounting that on a white strip with foam tape. I am playing along with

Another amazing piece with your wax paper background. I had to check out yesterday's post first to see the tag ... this is incredible sea scene as well. LOVE the mix of colours and the piece of gauze and seaweed die-cuts. But it's the seahorse that is the STAR of the card. It is PERFECT, Robyn! Amazing colours, shine and depth with the layers of embossing powders and glitter. So cool! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
