Peace on Earth

Well I'm dragging the chain with some of my challenges this month... but happy to say that we're all dried out here, even baking a bit now with temps in the high 30s and humidity, but I'm relieved most of the clean up is in hand..... my poor drowned garden though will take some time to sort and recover.
Back to card making, today I've a couple of Christmas cards.
This one is quite simply and very CAS -- while sifting through my stamps, dies and papers for 'peace' inspiration, I found this gorgeous pink and copper sentiment in a DP pad along with copper paper to frame my center piece... simply layered these on a white card and finished with a die cut 'Peace' sentiment.  I am playing along with the Peace theme at CAS Christmas February challenge,
Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it... happy get in early Christmas cardmaking.

  1. What a happy find, Robyn! Love this piece and the sentiment with the simple layout and textured white cardstock! A gorgeous Christmas card!

  2. This is beautiful paper Robyn. Makes a gorgeous main panel. Love the thin copper framing. Happy to hear the clean up is almost done and you can now relax a bit. xx

  3. Robyn such a pretty background. I love that DP and your pretty sentiment.

  4. Beautiful card with that gorgeous background for your Peace. Thanks for joining us at CAS Christmas.

Thank you for taking the time to comment, all encouragement and inspiration is very welcome. May your day be a happy and extra special one, cheers Robyn
