Have a Great Day

I die cut a long rectangle in the front panel to display my bright 'ghosted' piece - sponged and blended Distress Inks - Twisted Citron and Mermaid Lagoon and then lay my sentiment and spritzed with water, quickly lifted the stencil and let it dry.  I was then muffed about how to use it and thought it looked like tyre tread marker so stamped and embossed my car image and used Twinkling H2Os to give it a racy metallic finish.  I popped it up with foam tape also my stamped sentiment.
I am playing along at CAS Stencil March challenge - Ghosting Technique and also at The Male Room challenge #106 - Gorgeous Greens.
Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it - happy card making

  1. Awesome design Robyn! It does look like tire treads ... so perfect with your card image. Fun card Robyn and great job with ghosting! xx

  2. Spectacular coloured panel, as you say just like tyre treads. Love the sparkly car too. Thanks for playing at The Male Room, hope to see you joining in with future challenges too.

  3. Wonderful colors on your ghosted panel Robyn and it DOES look just like tire treads - perfect backdrop for your sports car!

  5. Just had to visit and comment when I saw your card it's absolutely fabulous ... I was attempting the ghosting technique with this very same stencil and a car stamp but it just wasn't working so went with plan B instead! Love your overall design!
