ATCs for me a mini artworks and lucky for me I had some leftover background made with sprinkling Magical Micas over a stencil and lightly spritzing with water.. there is a real glitter sheen to it, the camera didn't capture. Then I used a love script stamp to add some layers and an Eiffel Tower and Paris word. I sponged the edges and stamped the sentiment on a small scrap - using markers to colour the stamp.
