Merry.....

This afternoon I have a Christmas card using and embossing folder.... I dry embossed the tree on white card, then lightly dabbed Versamark ink over the raised area... I used post it notes to mask the white card and an anti static pad to help - I sprinkled on gold EP and heat set it. Then to finish I added a metallic red die cut sentiment and a glitter gold layer to border the panel.  I am playing along with Just Us Girls Wild Card Week #481 - Embossing Folders and also The Holly and Ivy Christmas challenge #46 - Anything Goes.   Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it... happy card making

  1. WOW! Dry embossing and heat embossing together can be very tricky! You certainly have mastered it with this elegant card, Robyn!

  2. This is gorgeous Robyn. It's not easy to get the versamark just on the raised parts, but you did it perfectly. Very beautiful and elegant Christmas card! xx
