Purple Thanks

This card on my desk inspired me to create my background

Well I never thought I'd be putting these three colours together ... Purple, Pink, Red

I sponged and blended Distress Oxide inks in these colours over white card panel.  In my stash of pre die cuts I found this three daisy piece... I decided to place the die cut on the sponged panel and light spray with water over the top section, let is soak for a few seconds then blotted off the excess  and removed the die cut... can you see the darker shadow of the flowers and leaves.  I dried off the white die cut and adhered it over the top and added some purple microbeads to the flower centers.
To finish I cut the panel to fit a white card and added a purple die cut 'thanks'.

I am playing along with Just Us Girls Colour Week challenge #519 - Purple, Pink, Red.
