CAS Stencil January challenge

Welcome to the ❉✳NEW✳❉ CAS Stencil challenge,
hope you've had an enjoyable time over the Christmas/New Year
and are set now for a year of creative card making.

The first CAS Stencil challenge is to showcase 'Sponging' with stencils,
check out the blog and the wonderful inspiration from the new team.

I used Distress Inks to sponge over my floral stencil - using three shades of purple, I used a cotton bud to add depth to the petals, yellow for the centers, and green stems.  I sponged an extra flower that I fussy cut, to attach to the forefront with foam tape with my stamped sentiment.  I added a die cut frame from white card also mounted with foam tape to a white card.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I really appreciate it, happy card making

Also adding to Stamplorations Never Ending Anything Goes challenge  - Flowers 1 stencil

  10. Congratulations on being the CAS Stencil Design Team, Robyn!
I love the beautiful shades of purple and the sponged flowers are so pretty! Adding depth to the petals, and coloring the centers and the stems with cotton bud is effective. Fussy-cutting the sponged flower and popped it up is a clever idea. I would have never thought of using a stencil like that. Looking forward to seeing many more of your beautiful creations.
