Earlier in the year I was playing around with the Bokeh effect for cards and this piece was a leftover sitting waiting in my stash for just this card.... I saw recently where someone used vellum for the background die cut - so here I used it to layer with a white die cut Christmas sentiment also from my stash and teamed it up with a extra white layer for a border on the blue panel and a white card. I am playing along with Pixie's Snippets Playground challenge #352 and Happy Little Stampers May Christmas challenge - using optional circles too.
