Hi and how's life at your place....
Not much in the way of card making last week as we had the girls sleepover for 3 nights and they do keep you busy... Saturday I rested most of the day too pooped to move. Here they are at the local shopping centre where they had different craft activities
So I got time today to finish off a few WIPs -- some loose watercolouring images I had started
- This PSX Hibiscus was stamped with Versafine smokey grey and then watercoloured with Distress Inks: ripe persimmon, mustard seed, mown lawn, shabby shutters, salty ocean
- Trimmed to a square panel and lastly added a sentiment from Happy Little Stampers Dandelion Wishes, stamped with Versafine black and clear heat embossed
- This Hero Arts Polka dot vase bouquet was stamped with black Versafine and watercoloured with Distress Oxide: kirsch flamingo, Distress Inks: mown lawn, mustard seed, fossilised amber, candied apple
- Trimmed the panel and added a bright pink frame... stamping the sentiment in black Versafine, clear heat embossing - from Happy Little Stampers Fun Birthday Sentiment
- Using this Stampendous Fresh Bloom stamp, I inked the stamp with Distress Ink: seedless preserves, mown lawn using the mini cubes
- Then I loose watercoloured the image by dragging the colours from the stamped ink. Added a few splats of seedless preserves
- And stamped the sentiment from Close to my Heart -Joyful Birthday Occasions... used Versamark and heat embossed with Sizzix Fir Tree embossing powder
Lovely cards! Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday Challenge!
