Created my ATC background using foil and and an embossing folder, then sprinkled different colored Embossing Powders and heated these and last dragged permanent black ink over the raised areas. Then I stamped and silver embossed the fob watch and the sentiment in brown ink. I am posting to Happy Little Stampers ATC August challenge - Time.
