A play on words for this ATC for the September Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge - Ocean/Sea. I created the background by applying three different colours of blue DO ink to white card and then using a wavy stencil used a damp baby wipe to remove the ink forming the 'waves. Then I stamped and embossed the sentiment and attached some 'water weeds' die cut from scraps of green smooched card and finally added the stamped and silver embossed starfish that I smooched with DI and wiped clean the embossing.
