Unearthing some poor forgotten dies, stamps and inks...

Can't believe I'm back again with a couple more cards.... but as the Twinkling H2Os were still out on my desk I figured why not make another card or two.... so I'm using

Darnells IDEAS prompt with Dies again

and joining in the #100 challenge celebrations at

The Flower Challenge and Adding some Circles

No more simple than to die cut a circle floral arrangement, watercolour with Twinkling H2Os and stamp on a sentiment.

Here's another along the same lines - used stitched circle die for a frame and sentiment

The last card is inspired by the Group of Seven Cardmakers technique this month...
and of course it's another floral card...  I stamped, watercoloured with those inks again, and fussy cut them... then arranged them around an oval using foam tape to create the 'Floating Frame' and finally trimmed away the overlapping pieces - found that was easier than die cutting the oval after the pieces were in place as the die didn't have a nice deep cutting ridge.

I also spied there was a new challenge the ladies at Double 'D' have ....  Neglected Stuff Challenge ...  well that fits right in with my use of Twinkling H2Os, those poor stitched circle dies and all 3 sentiments I used...

The stamps I used for the last card are new to me too - gifted from a friend... so I can joining the NBUS challenge #72, too.

Thanks for stopping by my blog,
have a wonderful day
cheers Robyn

  2. Circles and ovals and flowers, oh my! Three more gorgeous spring cards, Robyn! I love the QACAS-ness of the first two and you rocked the Go7 technique! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS and linking again to I.D.E.A.S.! 📌Hugs, Darnell

  3. Hello, Robyn! I'm so happy that you have joined our 100th celebration at The Flower Challenge - your wreaths are a beautiful way to add circles to your cards! I love that even your sentiment was stamped on a circle - and that gorgeous background makes them both pop!
Thanks so much - good luck! I hope you weren't affected by Alfred!

  4. Your card is beautiful. It definitely looks like it's floating. Mine had a little difficulty. I think I need to try a smaller flower.

  5. Lovely flower wreath cards using your Twinkling H2O's, Robyn. I have some of those in my drawer that haven't seen the light of day for many years. Hope I can be as ambitious as you and use some of the older products I have on hand. Still not organized yet and so will be a while longer before I am making cards again. I miss it!! Thanks for sharing another gorgoeus floating frames card. Great idea to cut the oval center first and then arrange the flowers around it. We always learn from each other. :) xx

  6. More beautiful flowers Robyn and a great idea to cut the different circles and add some very pretty watercoloured flowers, and then the floating frame with the wonderful pink flowers and an oval centrepiece and sentiment this time and beautifully done. x
