Thankfully we have had some rain this past week and with a good soaking surprises appear in the garden... found this glorious Bromeliad poking it's bright, vivid red and purple flower in amongst all the green. From my stash of pre-stamped images I found this lovely beach scene, so attacked it with my sponge and Distress Inks to create a soft morning sky, then coloured the image with pencils and added some white gel pen to the waves. I die cut a stitched frame for the image and attached to a blue ribbed card. I'm leaving off the sentiment for now as this could be used for various occasions... get well, travel, male.
I am playing along with the Just Add Ink challenge #491 - inspired by the soft colours and the beach scene.
Thanks for stopping by my blog --- have a Happy Day
