Hello again, I've another poppy card to share for the CAS Watercolour April challenge.... after my first browse through my stamps I found five or six images but today I'm looking again and it seems I really do like poppies... another six or seven, so the tricky part is selecting just three...
I going with this one showing how the outline looks when Distress Oxide ink is used - gives a nice soft finish and quite different to Distress Inks. I used Pumice Stone DO on the stamp which includes the background and then colored with DO and added more definition with pencils. I tried to choose a grey card stock that would work with the card colours as a frame and then stamped a mini sentiment strip and attached with foam tape.
